Most of the supermarkets here will gather your groceries for you and bring them out to your car, or send them to your door. You place the order on the store's website or app; none of the store pages I read mention ordering by phone. If the app is the hard part, a son or daughter can place the order from anywhere, or the folks on the Tech help page can set it up with you.
