Home › Medical alert buttons & pendants

A medical alert button you wear around your neck or wrist lets you call for help if you fall or feel unwell and can't reach the phone. With or without one, it helps to keep your cell phone with you when you can, so you can call a neighbor or 911. I looked for a program run by a local hospital or the Area Agency on Aging and didn't find one; if you know of one, please tell me. Two programs can cover the cost for people who qualify, and after those come a few national companies that serve Arizona, in no particular order. One warning: if a recorded call says a friend or family member bought you a free medical alert device, hang up without pressing any key. It's a known scam.

5 listings, in no particular order. Everything here comes from each listing's own website or a public resource page, and I've linked it under each one so you can check it yourself.

In an emergency, call 911. For the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call 988. If you're worried someone is being abused or taken advantage of, Arizona Adult Protective Services answers 24 hours a day at 1-877-767-2385.

Know a program I should add, or see something out of date? Please tell me.
